You are going to love these egg bites. Super easy to make, bake for 30 minutes, grab and go breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients
❤️6 eggs
❤️4 tbsp cream cheese
❤️3 slices Bacon
❤️Chopped linguisa or sausage
❤️Cheddar cheese
❤️Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Fill a baking dish (9x9) with water and place on the lower rack in the oven
Spray muffin tin or silicone muffin cups with nonstick spray.
In your blender or mixer, mix eggs, cream cheese, salt, and pepper
Mix on high until frothy
Fill your muffin cups 3/4 full, add in the bacon or other ingredients
Fill the muffin cups to the top and add some shredded cheese (optional)
Bake egg bites for 30 minutes. They should start to puff up a bit and you can let them turn brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin cups
