1 cup (226 g) cottage cheese, 2% milk fat (I like Good Culture Cottage Cheese)
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/4 cup (31 g) raspberries
1/4 cup (36 g) blackberries or blueberries
Optional:
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
How to assemeble - Add cottage cheese to the bowl and top with berries and nuts to your preference.
