Ingredients

❤️ Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bacon

  • Iceberg Lettuce (2 cups)


  • 4 TBSP olive oil

  • 1 Cup Chicken

  • 1/2 of Avocado or Blue Cheese

  • 2 Boiled Eggs (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 tsp. avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar

  • Tomato (optional)





Preparation

✅Hard Boil and peel the eggs (keep them in fridge to cool)

✅Cook the bacon and chop into pieces

✅Chop the lettuce and toss with vinegar (I like ACV or Red Wine Vinegar)

✅Place the lettuce on a plate or bowl and then top with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese and chicken

✅Top with salt & pepper and drizzle olive oil on top
