Preparation
✅Hard Boil and peel the eggs (keep them in fridge to cool)
✅Cook the bacon and chop into pieces
✅Chop the lettuce and toss with vinegar (I like ACV or Red Wine Vinegar)
✅Place the lettuce on a plate or bowl and then top with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese and chicken
✅Top with salt & pepper and drizzle olive oil on top
Coach❤️Theah tip: Grill or cook extra chicken for the week to make other dishes with little cooking/prep time.
