  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional) or seasame seeds

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and


❤️For the Dressing

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cayenne Pepper (Optional)






Preparation

✅Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl

✅Mix together all the fressing ingredients until well blended

✅Toss dressing with salad
