Fasting definition “To abstain from”.... you can fast from food, alcohol, chewing gum, exercising, running etc...

This is why I started fasting and you should consider it too....

❤️It's Free

❤️It's Flexible - if I can't fast on Monday, I can on Tuesday

❤️It saves me time - don't have to think about cooking or time to eat, I go get my hair or nails done for that day

❤️It saves me money - skipping meals that day saves me money

❤️It aids my weight loss and improves my energy and sleep



❤️So... Tomorrow will practice TRE or a fasting day


Getting started or getting back to fasting can feel a bit overwhelming. Here are my tips & tricks



❤️Today: Eat 2 full meals (preferably made at home)

Protein, Fat & low carb

Steak with salad & avocado or

Protein with greens and mushrooms sautéed in olive oil

Brussel sprouts and bacon

Grilled salmon with salad or asparagus (Coach❤️ Theah Favorite)

Asparagus cooked in grass-fed butter

Grilled or baked chicken wings

Steak & Eggs

Egg frittata with a side of bacon and avocado



Avoid these items prior to fasting ~ they will not help

Seed Oils

Bread, pasta, & flour

Sugary treats or dessert

Processed or packaged junk food




Tonight enjoy a bath or a sauna session at the gym

Epsom salts, also known as magnesium sulfate, readily dissolve when added to water, allowing the direct absorption of magnesium through the skin. This can contribute to enhanced sleep quality and the prevention of leg cramps. For a relaxing experience, simply incorporate one cup of Epsom salts into a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes. If a bathtub is not available, you can opt for a foot soak using a bucket instead.


❤️Tomorrow - What to have while fasting

Plain water, sparkling water, black coffee and/or herbal teas

Club soda with lemon or lime

ACV or pickle juice


If you are preparing for a longer fast - say 20-24 hours, you can have some

Bone Broth with butter or olive oil

Coffee or Tea with Heavy Cream or Butter/ghee, Coconut Milk or cream if Dairy Free




Today's Activity:

✅ Practice TRE or Fasting

✅Go for a walk ☀️Get some Sunshine

✅Go to bed on time ✅3 Micro workouts

❤️ Do something you love Today ❤️

 

Today's Workout: Walking / Micro Workout

❤️ Walk for 30 minutes today (morning, lunch, evening) it's the weekend

❤️ Aim for 10K steps per day 3-4 days per week

❤️ Strength Training or 3 Micro Workouts (optional)




Supplements during your fast:

❤️Electrolytes ❤️Creatine (2g)

❤️Glutamine ❤️Tyrosine


All other supplements should be taken during your eating window or at bed
