
Lunch meetings, dinner parties, date nights, whatever the occasion, eating out can seem challenging when on a diet. Especially when eating primal, KETO, or low carb.



For me, Sushi is a great option. For the family, there are usually cooked meals, rice & noodles, lots of veggies and options for everyone. For me, it means that I can have Sashimi (Sushi without rice) my favorite place has rolls wrapped in cucumber. Some have gluten free tamari but, I always bring my own
