We learned about toxins yesterday and how bombarded our environment is with toxins every single day, and because of this, it is important to detoxify regularly.


You may have done a “cleanse” or a “detox”

once or twice a year, or have someone in your circle who has done one. However, this is not enough. To be healthy, you must address toxicity in each and every cell in your body.

In order to get well, you must detoxify your cells!


Where do they come from?


Environment: toxins are in high concentrations in our air, appliances, furniture, carpet, cooking materials, paint, cars, receipts, and even come from electromagnetic pollution.


Diet: most food now contains pesticides, sugar, inflammatory fats like hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils, and are genetically modified, which all increase your toxin load.

Water: chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride, heavy metals, such as lead and mercury, and drug byproducts all contaminate tap water and even some well water.


Plastics: most plastics contain toxic chemicals and are found in plastic bags, plastic water bottles, and plastic food containers.


Body-Care Products: ingredients such as phthalates, parabens, fragrance, and heavy metals are known toxic substances and are found in many body-care products.

Change Your Diet: buy organic as often as possible, avoid GMOs, practice fasting, avoid sugar and processed vegetable oils (such as soybean, corn, canola, cottonseed, safflower and sunflower oil).


Exercise: getting daily movement will start to shuttle toxins through your lymphatic system so your body can get rid of them


Sweat: consider an infrared sauna, evening Epson salt bath, and make sure to exercise hard enough to induce a sweat.
