Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or bison)
2 cups Bone Broth (beef)
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
1 small Tomato (or 1/4 cup salsa)

1 Jalapeño, diced
1 Can Diced green chiles (Hot or Mild)
any additional fresh peppers you like
1 TSP Paprika
1 TBSP cumin
1 TSP chili powder
1/2 TSP Harissa (optional) or more 🔥
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic)
Optional Ingredients for topping❤️
❤️ Cilantro
❤️ Diced Onions
❤️ Mexican Cheese (or queso fresco)
❤️ Sour Cream
❤️ Avocado
Directions
❤️Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add 1/4 cup bone broth to cover the bottom of the pan, sauté all your diced veggies until tender everything is soft and the onions are beginning to caramelize, about 5 minutes.
❤️ Continue to add broth to keep liquid in the bottom of the pan

❤️ Add your ground meat to the pan and sautee until cooked through
❤️ Add all your spices as you cook your beef
❤️ Add 1 cup of Bone Broth, shredded cheese and cream cheese
❤️Set the pan to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes to combine all the flavors
❤️Add more broth to get to the thinkness, consistency that you want
Serve with a side salad, low carb chips or dip your favorite pork rinds
