Traditional meatballs use bread or breadcrumbs, this recipe includes a low carb pork rind breadcrumbs to make them KETO, low carb and gluten free.

Ingredient List
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef (or you can use veal and/or bison)
1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
1 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 egg or 3 tbsp egg whites
1/4 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 TSP Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Sautee onions and garlic until tender
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix
bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, just until browned, they don't have be cooked through.
Add the meatballs to your crockpot with homemade pasta sauce or jarred pasta sauce
