Ingredient List
1 lb of ground meat
1 package Italian Sausage (I prefer 🌶️hot Italian)
1 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 large can of San Marzano tomatoes (28 oz can)
1 medium can of crushed tomatoes (16 oz can)
1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz)
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
1 TSP Pepper
Directions
Sautee ground meat, onions and garlic until tender. Add you can of tomato paste until combined and mixed into all the meat.
Add your Can Marzano Tomatoes to your slow cooker and if you have whole, break them apart with your hands
Add crushed tomatoes, meat mixture and all spices
Add your meatballs and/ or Italian sausage
Cook in your slow cooker for 4 hours - 6 hours, reduce to low and simmer until ready
