❤️Use canned lump crab
❤️Organic tomato (tomato is on the dirty dozen list)
❤️ If possible find local farm fresh veggies
❤️ Use as many fresh herbs as you like
❤️ Use quality mayo
I used Cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper and chives from my garden

Ingredients
1 Cup Crab (I used Phillips Lump Crab)
1 Cucumber
1 Jalapeno (optional)
Mayo (I used Primal Kitchen Garlic Aioli)
Celery (optional)
Yellow pepper (Optional)
🌿Herbs and Spices🌿
Celery Seed or Salt
Cayenne Pepper
Salt & Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, combine Crab, Mayo, herbs and spices and any optional ingredients
Slice your cucumber into bite size slices thick enough to hold the food, thinly slice or chop your jalapeno
Assemble your bites - Top the cucumber with a thin slice of Jalapeno, add the crab salad, top with tomato slice or avocado
